We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual with experience in accounting and bookkeeping to join our staff. This full-time position will support the administrative and financial systems of the National Eagle Center.
Duties include (without limitation): daily reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reports, and all required tax-filings.
Qualifications: Experience in Quickbooks accounting software and strong willingness to become expert in its use, strong attention to detail, desire to work in a collaborative team environment and to support the mission and programs of the National Eagle Center.

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated team member to ensure our facilities can provide world-class experience for all our visitors. This full-time position oversees all regular and periodic cleaning and maintenance requirements at all National Eagle Center facilities.
Duties include (without limitation): Cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the facility, interior and exterior, maintaining vehicles, periodic cleaning and maintenance, painting and repairs, hiring and training of housekeeping staff and/or contractors, maintaining accurate and complete records, completing all required filings and complying with all required regulations and inspections.
Qualifications: Experience in facilities management, HVAC experience Boiler license Special Class Engineer or able to obtain within six months of hire, desire to work in a collaborative team environment and to support the mission and programs of the National Eagle Center.
