Thank you for your interest in the National Eagle Center. We seek individuals who support our mission and share our passion for eagles. Full and part-time positions will be posted on this page.

The National Eagle Center currently has an opening for the following positions:

Executive Director

The National Eagle Center, America’s leading organization dedicated to the unique role of eagles in our natural environment and human cultures, seeks a dynamic, visionary executive for the position of Executive Director. The organization’s current director will be retiring at year-end after a successful seven year stewardship resulting in annual attendance reaching 80,000 visitors from all 50 states and more than 100 countries. The position will be responsible for broadening our mission and directing a major expansion of our magnificent riverfront facility along with ongoing strategic and operational aspects of this highly-respected organization. With our strong record of operational performance and more than $10 million already pledged toward our $18 million expansion fundraising goal, this is an ideal opportunity to guide an already successful organization to even higher levels of success and national significance. The newly expanded National Eagle Center will be one-part a natural science museum creating a very personal, up-close connection between each visitor and our live eagles, and the other part a unique cultural museum containing the most important collection of eagle-related art, artifacts, books and historical materials ever assembled.
