Avian Education Specialist (Full-Time)
We’re looking for an Avian Education Specialist to create, implement, and perform on- and off site programs for the National Eagle Center, implement new programs and outreach activities, educational materials, and exhibits, and assist with daily avian care activities. Visitor Services Associate (Part-Time)
We’re looking for visitor services associates to welcome guests, assist with admissions, retail and membership purchases, as well as light housekeeping duties. The position is 10-20 hrs/wk. SKY Mascot Performer / Handler
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and talented individual to perform and handle our mascot, SKY the eagle at the National Eagle Center and outside community appearances. The ideal candidate would have experience performing, possess excellent non-verbal communication skills, be athletically and physically fit, and have a creative and humorous personality. Ideal height for costume is 5’5″ – 5’8″. Part-time. 10-20/hrs. month. Must be available occasional nights and weekends.
