The National Eagle Center is open to the public.
We are welcoming pre-registered visitors each week Thursday thru Sunday.

As a guest of the National Eagle Center, your health and safety are our utmost priorities, and we commit to doing the best we can to assure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please note, however, that you are visiting the Center at a time when close interaction with others can be considered a significant health risk. By entering the Center’s facilities and participating in our programs, you are agreeing that you – and those in your party – are aware of, and personally assume those risks. Thank you for visiting! Visitor Schedule

Pre-Registered Admission is every weekend. We host visitor sessions at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm Thursday thru Sunday, and also 4pm on Saturday. See dates and times below. All visitors will need to purchase timed-entry admission prior to arrival/entry into the Center. Admission is good for a 90-minute visit.

Admission pricing is unchanged: $10 (Adults), $9 (US Vets), $7 (Kid 4-17), FREE (Children 3 & Under), FREE (Members) Members must show their member card upon arrival.

Limited Capacity

In accordance with current state health guidelines, we are limiting attendance to 80 visitors per session. 

Facemasks & Physical Distancing

Our staff and volunteers will be wearing facemasks at all times and we will require visitors to do so as well while in the building. Masks will be available to purchase upon arrival for individuals who do not have one. ($1 for disposable masks, $10 for National Eagle Center cloth masks). Children under the age of 5, or visitors that cannot remove and replace their own masks reliably, are not required to wear a mask.

Please be mindful of gallery capacities and maintain 6 foot distances between your group and others and follow the directions on signs posted throughout the Center.

What Is Open

You have plenty to explore! Both floors of exhibits are open, the eagle display area is open (with managed capacity), you can walk the grounds around the Center, and shop the gift store. Credit cards are strongly encouraged for all in-store purchases.

What Is Closed

Due to social distancing requirements, we are not hosting programs in the classroom. For your safety, we have removed most of the hands-on exhibits throughout the building. Drinking fountains are configured to fill water bottles.

Additional Cleaning

Our staff will effectively clean and sanitize the Center between each visitor session.

Steps You Can Take

We want you to have a fantastic eagle experience! Feel free to bring your own binoculars for wild eagle viewing and please leave large backpacks, food and drinks, and water bottles in your vehicle.

We also encourage you to do health checks of your group before your visit. If anyone has cold or flu-like symptoms or is running a fever, please stay home.
