
2020-2021 Wintering Bald Eagle Count
Wabasha, Minnesota offers a unique opportunity to see both of North America’s eagle species in the wild. You can learn more about eagles in the Upper Mississippi River Valley and get great views of bald and golden eagles in the wild on a guided tour with our expert naturalists.
In winter hundreds of bald eagle congregate in the Upper Mississippi River Valley. During the winter months we post a weekly count at several locations where we often see congregations of wintering bald eagles.
