We are proud to support United States military personnel and their families, who bravely and selflessly protect and serve our country.
As a Blue Star Museum, we collaborate with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, and more than 2,000 museums across America to offer FREE ADMISSION to active-duty military personnel and their families. Free admission does not include the seat reservation fee for programs.
Through Labor Day.
Must show proof of active duty status at admission.

Am I eligible for free admission?
Free admission is available to any bearer of a Geneva Convention common access card (CAC), a DD Form 1173 ID card (dependent ID), or a DD Form 1173-1 ID card.
How many family members can I bring?
Bring up to five family members. The active-duty member does not have to be present.
What if my spouse is deployed? Can my family and I still participate?
Yes, spouses of deployed military are eligible for Blue Star Museums. Just bring your DD Form 1173 ID Card, or DD Form 1173-1 ID Card, for active-duty military family members.
Does this program include admission for veterans and retirees?
No. Free admission is reserved for those with a Geneva Convention Common Access Card (CAC), a DD Form 1173 ID Card, or a DD Form 1173-1 ID card. We do offer free admission to veterans over Veterans Day weekend.
What if I do not have a valid ID?
We will honor your word and provide free admission should you inform us that either you or your family member are active-duty military.
