2019 marks the 30th Anniversary of the National Eagle Center (Eaglewatch, Inc.). From very humble beginnings as a wooden eagle viewing platform on the banks of the Mississippi River in the 1980s, we have grown into the organization we are today with a world-class facility, five eagle ambassadors, and an enduring mission that has educated and inspired hundreds of thousands of people from around the world.
Our important mission of connecting people with eagles in nature, history, and cultures is made possible through the work of staff and volunteers, and the generous support of our members, and donors. The mission of environmental education is more important than ever. It reaches school kids, tourist groups, veterans, and lifelong learners of all ages every day. Your support is vital to our continued growth and success and we invite you to generously contribute to this mission to help ensure that people continue to enjoy the eagles and learn their story for years to come. Together, we can give the gift of education, inspiration, and eagles. Join us!
